The ordinary lead-acid battery consists of the positive plate, the negative plate, the partition board, the cell tank, the electrolyte and the terminal terminal. The main plate is made of lead, and the electrolyte is a sulfuric acid solution. According to the basic chemical theory, the process of releasing chemical energy in lead-acid battery (discharge process) is the process of negative electrode oxidation and the reduction process of positive electrode; the process of battery supplementing chemical energy (charging process) is the process of reducing the negative electrode and oxidizing the positive electrode. The analysis shows that the charging process and discharge process of the battery are reversible. In fact, the most important indicator of the battery is the concentration of sulfate in the electrolyte, so the density of the sulphuric acid solution in the battery can be used to measure the degree of charge and discharge of the battery.
